Long Hair FUE Trivellini System

Long hair FUE with Trivellini System

It is our pleasure to announce the next generation of our Trivellini System. This product, based on the Trivellini System previously known as Mamba Nano, has the capability of harvesting long hair grafts and begins the next era of FUE hair restoration. This version of Trivellini System has the same capabilities as the last generation and can be programmed to extract hair with different modes and/or a combination of modes utilizing different variations of speed and time. That allows the operator to adjust the system based on the patient’s skin and hair type.

The new Trivellini system is equipped with a preset program mode that works best for harvesting long hair without the need to shave or individually cut hair. This is considered the hottest technology in the field of hair restoration. Using FUE to harvest long hair was introduced a few years ago with manual methods that never became widely used. Trivellini system for long hair FUE has already been tested in a few centers and proven to be efficient.

Dr. Sebastian Yriart, a plastic surgeon from Buenos Aires, Argentina, says long hair FUE transplant is the future of hair restoration. This system can open a new chapter in the field of hair restoration by making this procedure even less invasive. Patients can come in for their procedure with long hair and undergo a hair transplant without the need to shave or trim their hair. The transplanted long hair can give the doctor a better understanding of the outcome so they can adjust the density and distribution of the grafts during the procedure without the need to wait for any future growth. This procedure is also called Preview Long Hair FUE or PLH FUE.

Preview Long Hair was successfully introduced by Brazilian plastic surgeon, Dr. Marcelo Pitchman, with strip FUT procedures. Until now, no one could imagine that FUE devices could harvest long hair without the need to remove a strip of skin.

Long hair capable Trivellini Device will be offered for the first time at the 26th World Congress of Hair Restoration in Hollywood.
